We value your time. Once we receive and inspect your returned items, your refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method or issued as store credit.
Standard Returns and Exchanges
We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied, but we also adhere to strict guidelines to maintain the quality of our inventory. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the original delivery date.
Condition: The item must be entirely unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order number, or undeniable proof of purchase is mandatory for any request.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect our business and ensure hygiene, safety, and copyright compliance, certain categories of products are strictly exempt from being returned.
Sale Items: Any items purchased at a discount, during a promotional period, or on clearance are final sale.
Digital and Custom Goods: Downloadable software products, gift cards, and custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.
Health and Safety: Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, and hazardous materials are strictly non-refundable.
Refund Processing and Restocking
Once your returned item is received, it will undergo a thorough inspection by our quality assurance team.
Notification: We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or absolute rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.
Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
Return Shipping Responsibilities
We do not cover the logistical costs associated with returning a product because of a change of mind.
Customer Liability: You are solely responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item.
Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping costs are completely non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund.
Tracking Required: We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
